Rain

In the pouring rain, a young boy dreams beneath the doorway of a small, abandoned pagoda.

MƯA (Rain) is a short stop-motion animated film produced over five months in 2014 by animation students of the K31 cohort at the Hanoi Academy of Theatre and Cinema.

This was the first proper stop-motion project I was part of. The screenplay and storyboard were provided by supervising lecturer Nguyễn Ngọc Tuấn. I coordinated the production of all remaining stages alongside my classmates, with the participation of film-passionate students from several other universities.
